How Gemsza works

Every lot is checked by our AI trust pipeline before it ever reaches a bidder โ€” that's the part Gemsza does differently.

Step 1

Browse AI-checked lots

Every live lot has already passed our fraud, duplicate, and quality checks before you ever see it โ€” look for the Verified and Guaranteed badges.

Step 2

Bid, set a max bid, or Buy Now

Place a single bid, set a proxy max and let it auto-bid for you up to that limit, or skip the wait with Buy Now where a seller's offered one.

Step 3

Win and check out securely

Highest bid wins once the reserve (if any) is met. Pay through our secure checkout within the window shown on the lot.

Step 4

Covered by the Buyer Protection Guarantee

If a lot wasn't flagged at the time of sale and turns out not to be as described, you have 14 days from payment to file a claim for a refund.

What makes Gemsza different

Trust isn't a badge we add afterward โ€” it's the AI pipeline every single lot runs through before it's allowed to go live, backed by a real money-back guarantee on top.

Questions

Frequently asked

Why does Gemsza check listings with AI before they go live?

Most marketplaces only review listings after something goes wrong. We score every lot for fraud risk, duplicate content, and description quality up front, so problems are far more likely to be caught before a buyer ever bids โ€” that's the basis for the Verified badge and the Buyer Protection Guarantee.

What's the difference between a normal bid and Buy Now?

A bid is your current offer โ€” someone else can outbid you until the auction ends. Buy Now (where a seller has set one) ends the auction immediately at a fixed price, no waiting required.

What happens if I get outbid?

You'll get a notification immediately. If you set a proxy max bid, the system automatically re-bids for you up to your limit before notifying you that you've been outbid for good.

How does the Buyer Protection Guarantee work?

If your lot wasn't flagged for fraud, quality, or duplication at the time of sale, and the seller wasn't already flagged as high-risk, you can file a claim within 14 days of payment if the item isn't as described. Approved claims are refunded directly.
