Delete your Gemsza account
Applies to
The Gemsza app (com.gemsza.app) and the Gemsza website at gemsza.com. Both use the same account, so deleting it removes it everywhere.
How to request deletion
Email support@gemsza.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account". You don't need to be logged in. We'll verify it's you and confirm once it's done — normally within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, saved addresses, watchlist, saved preferences, notification settings and login credentials are permanently removed.
What we keep, and why
Records of completed transactions (bids won, items sold, payments) are retained for the period required by UK tax and consumer-protection law, even after your account is deleted. This is standard practice for any marketplace and can't be switched off on request. Once that period ends, the records are deleted.
Before you delete
Any active listings or open bids need to be settled or withdrawn first, and any unpaid balance or open dispute must be resolved. Deleting your account can't be undone.
